Dr Tanya Pelly
A medical doctor by original training, Tanya has spent more than 25 years across clinical, change management and whole-of-system levels of the Australian health system.
She has worked at the intersection of data insight production and use for the last ten years: both as a leader of teams of data specialists, and a 'translator' of data insights into practical applications.
Tanya founded embed‑ability to bring that whole-of-system view to how data is used for human impact. She is committed to helping bring the expertise of data teams and delivery teams together — in service of better systems and outcomes for all people in them.
